How do I know if I have a claim?

If you suspect there is damage the best way to know if you have a claim is to schedule an inspection with one of our specialists for a full home inspection and we can determine if a claim is worth pursuing.

How can I file a claim?

Contact your insurance company- You may need your policy number and policy information.

What happens after I file a claim?

Your insurance company will schedule an inspection to take a report on damage done; unlike other companies Faze will have our inspection specialist meet them so all damages can be covered to the fullest extent. An insurance adjuster will be assigned to your claim and submit an adjuster report (an initial estimate) that includes a check. This amount does not typically cover the total amount for quality repair/replacement of damage. After receiving a copy of the report, our team will take over fighting for the true cost of your damages; all you need to do is have patience, communicate any questions or concerns you have, and let Faze handle the heavy work.

What do I do if my claim is denied?

If a claim is denied with significant damage, your field specialist can escalate the insurance process to our public adjuster team. If significant damage cannot be found (or justified) then our sales manager can discuss financing or out of pocket options.

How long does the process take?

All insurance claims are a case by case situation, and will vary significantly depending which insurance company you are with. On average an insurance claim is usually completed within 2-3 months with rare cases being longer.
